The Patents and Design, and Trade Marks Registry of the Commercial Law Division of the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment will open an online filing portal on the July 16, 2012. This is part of Registry’s effort to deliver services consistent with International best practices. The scheme will be kicked-off with trade mark filing with a gradual introduction of other services.We look forward to a more efficient service delivery by the Registry and will keep you updated with further developments.
